This is a version of Share-to-Unlock Prize Scam.

Fake SilverQueen Independence Day chocolate box quiz that asks you to share the post

A page using the SilverQueen name and logo says "Selamat!" (Congratulations!) and offers an Independence Day chocolate gift box for answering a four-question quiz. The banner tells you to share the post on your social media and invite your friends to celebrate for a chance to get a SilverQueen chocolate box. Below the quiz, a list of comments shows people saying they already won. The page was reported on August 16, 2026, at an address that is not SilverQueen's own website.

What’s different in this version

These traits set this message apart from the usual pattern.

  1. The brand used is SilverQueen, a chocolate brand in Indonesia. The page text is in Indonesian and the prize is a chocolate gift box, not a gift card.

  2. Sharing is the first numbered step in the banner: "Bagikan postingan ini di media sosialmu" (Share this post on your social media).

  3. The banner's small print gives old promo dates ("*Periode promo: 1 - 17 Agustus 2024"). The page was reported in 2026.

  4. The page shows the date you open it as the promotion date. The copy saved on August 16 showed 8/16/2026.

  5. The fake comments use the same names and the same words as the Jollibee version in this family, translated into Indonesian.

How this scam works

  1. 1

Step 1: You receive or open a page that uses a well-known brand name and says you have won a prize.

  2. 2

Step 2: The page asks you to share it on social media or with multiple groups or friends through messaging apps before you can claim the prize.

  3. 3

Step 3: The shared link may use an unrelated web address and take recipients through another prize or reward page.

  4. 4

Step 4: The page may later ask for personal details, payment information, or additional actions to release the supposed prize.

✓ Do this

  • Close the page and verify promotions through the brand's official website or app, opened independently.
  • Warn anyone you may have sent the link to so they do not open it or share it further.
  • Report the message or page through the service where you received it, then delete it.
  • If you entered information or payment details, contact your bank or card provider and change any reused password through the official service.

✗ Avoid this

  • Do not share the page with groups, friends, or family to unlock a prize.
  • Do not enter personal, account, or payment information on an unfamiliar prize page.
  • Do not trust a brand logo, countdown, comments, or claims that other people already received the reward.
  • Do not use links from the page to verify the promotion; find the official brand website yourself.
