Fake Jollibee 48th anniversary gift card quiz that asks you to share the promo

Pages using the Jollibee name and mascot say "Congratulations!" and offer a chance to win a gift card worth €100 for the chain's 48th anniversary. The banner lists three steps: take the survey, share the promo with your friends on social media, then get your gift card. A four-question quiz starts with "Are you aware that Jollibee is having an anniversary giveaway?" Below it, a list of comments shows people saying they already won. At least six different web addresses with Jollibee in the name carried the same page between August 2 and August 7, 2026. None of them is Jollibee's own website.

What’s different in this version

These traits set this message apart from the usual pattern.

  1. The brand used is Jollibee, a fast food chain, and the banner says "Thank you, Philippines!" The prize is still shown in euros (€100), not Philippine pesos.

  2. Sharing is presented as step 2 of 3 in the banner itself, before you can get the gift card.

  3. The page shows the date you open it as the promotion date, so it always looks current. A copy opened on August 2 showed 8/2/2026 and a copy opened on August 4 showed 8/4/2026.

  4. The same fake comments, with the same commenter names, appear on copies of this page for other brands, with only the brand name changed.

  5. The comment counter changes between visits (for example 10 / 191 and 10 / 230), which makes the page look busy.

  6. The pages share website tracking codes with the Tim Hortons share-to-unlock page already in this family, which suggests the same people run both.

How this scam works

    Step 1: You receive or open a page that uses a well-known brand name and says you have won a prize.

  2. 2

    Step 2: The page asks you to share it on social media or with multiple groups or friends through messaging apps before you can claim the prize.

  3. 3

    Step 3: The shared link may use an unrelated web address and take recipients through another prize or reward page.

  4. 4

    Step 4: The page may later ask for personal details, payment information, or additional actions to release the supposed prize.

✓ Do this

  • Close the page and verify promotions through the brand's official website or app, opened independently.
  • Warn anyone you may have sent the link to so they do not open it or share it further.
  • Report the message or page through the service where you received it, then delete it.
  • If you entered information or payment details, contact your bank or card provider and change any reused password through the official service.

✗ Avoid this

  • Do not share the page with groups, friends, or family to unlock a prize.
  • Do not enter personal, account, or payment information on an unfamiliar prize page.
  • Do not trust a brand logo, countdown, comments, or claims that other people already received the reward.
  • Do not use links from the page to verify the promotion; find the official brand website yourself.
