This is a version of Share-to-Unlock Prize Scam in Lottery / Prize.
Fake Revolution Day page promising 60GB of free mobile data to everyone in Algeria
An English-language page uses Algeria's Revolution Day to say that 60GB of free mobile data has been prepared for everyone to claim. Its banner shows the logos of the three Algerian mobile networks, Ooredoo, Djezzy and Mobilis, with the words "FREE DATA FOR EVERYONE", and below it a "View Now" button, a like counter and comments from people who say they received the data and are sharing the page with family and friends. It was first observed in Algeria on October 31, 2026, at axfuj[.]buzz, and was seen that same day at gsdjl[.]buzz. Neither address belongs to any of the three networks. The page uses the same code as fake Airtel Diwali cash gift pages seen in India and a Pakistan Independence Day cash gift seen in August 2026.
What’s different in this version
These traits set this message apart from the usual pattern.
-
The prize is free mobile data instead of cash. The banner reads "COMMEMORATE REVOLUTION DAY", "60GB" and "FREE DATA FOR EVERYONE", and shows the Ooredoo, Djezzy and Mobilis logos side by side, so it does not point to a single network.
-
The lure is timed to Algeria's Revolution Day on November 1. The page was first observed on October 31, 2026, the day before.
-
It was seen on two short, random-looking .buzz addresses: four times at axfuj[.]buzz and once at gsdjl[.]buzz, whose path ends in "dz-ar", which points to an Arabic version of the same page. Every sighting was in Algeria and all were on October 31, 2026. The axfuj[.]buzz address was registered one day before it was captured.
-
The page shows made-up social proof: a like counter ("134K", "23K Likes · 12K Comments") and comments with Algerian-sounding names, posted minutes apart, saying the data arrived. One comment says the writer is sharing the page with family and friends right away.
-
The Research Inbox groups these addresses with more than 20 other .buzz and .xyz addresses that share the same page code and the same analytics ID, used for Airtel Diwali cash gift pages in India and a Pakistan Independence Day cash gift in August 2026.
-
The saved page includes share and app sections that were hidden when it was captured, so the step that asks visitors to share, and anything asked for after that, was not recorded.

How this scam works
- 1
Step 1: You receive or open a page that uses a well-known brand name and says you have won a prize.
- 2
Step 2: The page asks you to share it on social media or with multiple groups or friends through messaging apps before you can claim the prize.
- 3
Step 3: The shared link may use an unrelated web address and take recipients through another prize or reward page.
- 4
Step 4: The page may later ask for personal details, payment information, or additional actions to release the supposed prize.
✓ Do this
- Close the page and verify promotions through the brand's official website or app, opened independently.
- Warn anyone you may have sent the link to so they do not open it or share it further.
- Report the message or page through the service where you received it, then delete it.
- If you entered information or payment details, contact your bank or card provider and change any reused password through the official service.
✗ Avoid this
- Do not share the page with groups, friends, or family to unlock a prize.
- Do not enter personal, account, or payment information on an unfamiliar prize page.
- Do not trust a brand logo, countdown, comments, or claims that other people already received the reward.
- Do not use links from the page to verify the promotion; find the official brand website yourself.
