Fake Tokopedia help page that offers redelivery or a refund, then asks you to sign in

An Indonesian-language page with the Tokopedia logo is titled "Pusat Bantuan & Layanan" (Help and service center). Under the heading "Layanan Pelanggan" (Customer service) it asks you to choose an action for your order: request a redelivery, request a refund, or get a refund to your credit card limit. Below the buttons it offers sign-in with Google, e-mail or TikTok Shop. It was reported from Indonesia on October 29, 2026, through a bitly[.]cx short link that opened pusatbantuanrefund-tokopedia[.]webu[.]biz[.]id. Pages with the same menu have been reported on other addresses since September 14, 2026.

What’s different in this version

These traits set this message apart from the usual pattern.

  1. The page is not on a Tokopedia address. The October 29 copy was at pusatbantuanrefund-tokopedia[.]webu[.]biz[.]id, reached through the short link bitly[.]cx/layanan-resmi-tokopedia.

  2. Each of the three green buttons sends you to a separate numbered page on the same address. Those next pages were not captured, so what they ask for is not known.

  3. In the October 29 copy the Google, E-mail and TikTok Shop buttons only showed a pop-up reading "Masuk menggunakan" (Sign in using) and the chosen option. An earlier copy at ajukan[.]pengirman[.]ulang[.]barang[.]tokopediacare[.]fwh[.]is, reported October 13, 2026, was flagged by automated checks for password and card fields.

  4. An earlier short link reported September 21, 2026, titled "Pengembalian Dana Tokopedia" (Tokopedia refund), asked visitors to choose where the refund should go: a bank account, Tokopedia balance, or credit card limit.

  5. The saved October 29 page notes that it was copied from another address, cc[.]csacc[.]web[.]id, with a website copying tool on October 4, 2026.

  6. Eight reports between September 14 and October 29, 2026, covered five page addresses (three subdomains of tokopediacare[.]fwh[.]is, pusatbantuan-reffund-tokopedia[.]info-id[.]biz[.]id and pusatbantuanrefund-tokopedia[.]webu[.]biz[.]id) and two bitly[.]cx short links.

How this scam works

    Step 1: You open a link to a page that uses an online shop's or marketplace's name and says it handles refunds or order problems.

    Step 2: The page shows a refund or redelivery form and lists payment methods, banks or e-wallets you may have used.

    Step 3: It asks you to fill in details, such as how much money you want back, or to sign in with an account.

    Step 4: The page says the money will arrive quickly and may give a WhatsApp number for help, which leads to the people running the page instead of the shop.

    Step 5: What you type is sent to the people behind the page, for example through a Telegram bot, not to the shop.

✓ Do this

  • Check refunds and orders only in the shop's own app or by typing the shop's address yourself.
  • Contact the shop through the help section inside its app, not through a phone or WhatsApp number on a page you were sent.
  • If you already signed in or entered payment details on such a page, change your password and tell your bank or e-wallet provider.

✗ Avoid this

  • Do not fill in a refund form on a website you reached from a message or a social media post.
  • Do not trust a refund page because it lists the payment methods you use or shows the shop's name.
  • Do not share a code sent to your phone with anyone who says they are processing your refund.
