Fake TikTok Shop refund form that asks how much money you want back

An Indonesian-language page titled "Tiktok Shop" calls itself a "Formulir Pengajuan Refund Saldo" (balance refund request form). It says refunds from TikTok Shop go back automatically to the payment method used at checkout, and shows tabs for TikTok, ShopeePay, DANA, GoPay / Tokopedia and credit cards. It asks you to enter the refund amount in rupiah and press "Ajukan Permintaan" (submit request), and says the money usually arrives in 1 to 3 minutes. It gives a WhatsApp number, 08217553577, as "TikTok Shop Help". According to the saved page analysis, what you enter is sent to a Telegram bot. The page was reported twice from Indonesia on October 27, 2026, at ajukanpermintaan-pengembaliandana-t[.]vercel[.]app, a free hosting address not run by TikTok.

What’s different in this version

These traits set this message apart from the usual pattern.

  1. The only field on the first screen is the refund amount in rupiah. What the page asks for after you press the button was not captured.

  2. The page lists several Indonesian e-wallets and payment methods (ShopeePay, DANA, GoPay / Tokopedia, credit card) as tabs, so it looks like a general refund center.

  3. It gives a WhatsApp number, 08217553577, as TikTok Shop's help line.

  4. The saved page analysis matched a known pattern in which form data is sent to a Telegram bot.

  5. The link preview text on the page points to a Tokopedia refund address on another free host, tokopedia-refund-transaksi[.]netlify[.]app, and gives an office address on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman in South Jakarta, which suggests the same page was first made for Tokopedia.

    Step 4: The page says the money will arrive quickly and may give a WhatsApp number for help, which leads to the people running the page instead of the shop.

    Step 5: What you type is sent to the people behind the page, for example through a Telegram bot, not to the shop.

✓ Do this

  • Check refunds and orders only in the shop's own app or by typing the shop's address yourself.
  • Contact the shop through the help section inside its app, not through a phone or WhatsApp number on a page you were sent.
  • If you already signed in or entered payment details on such a page, change your password and tell your bank or e-wallet provider.

✗ Avoid this

  • Do not fill in a refund form on a website you reached from a message or a social media post.
  • Do not trust a refund page because it lists the payment methods you use or shows the shop's name.
  • Do not share a code sent to your phone with anyone who says they are processing your refund.
