Digital Gold crypto investment site promising up to 9.5% profit a day

A website called Digital Gold describes itself as "a United Kingdom registered investment firm" working in crypto, forex and crypto mining. It offers three plans that promise 2.00%, 5.00% or 9.50% profit every day, with minimum deposits from $100 to $15,000. It shows the logos of Blockchain.com, Binance, Coinbase, Wave and Grayscale, reviews that claim profits within 48 hours and "over 100,000 dollars", and live statistics that claim 7,973 running days. It was first observed in India on October 31, 2026, at digital-gold[.]vip. The site links a certificate of incorporation for "UPBIT MINNER LTD", company number 14728395, but the UK Companies House register lists that number under a different company, and the site's own contact address is in New York, United States. The domain was registered on July 25, 2026.

What’s different in this version

These traits set this message apart from the usual pattern.

  1. The plans promise fixed daily profits of 2.00%, 5.00% and 9.50%. At 9.50% a day, a deposit would more than double in about eight days, which no real investment can promise.

  2. The site claims to be "United Kingdom registered" and links a certificate of incorporation for "UPBIT MINNER LTD", company number 14728395. The UK Companies House register lists that number under a different company, and a Companies House name search shows no company called UPBIT MINNER LTD.

  3. The site's own contact address is in Lockport, New York, United States, which conflicts with its claim to be a UK firm.

  4. It claims 7,973 running days, more than 21 years, while the domain was registered on July 25, 2026, about 98 days before it was first observed.

  5. The statistics are not fixed. The page code as downloaded lists 13 total users and 11450.00 in total deposits, while the page as shown in the browser at the same time displayed 547 users and $198,992.75 in deposits.

  6. The page shows the logos of Blockchain.com, Binance, Coinbase, Wave and Grayscale, with no explanation of any link to those companies.

  7. Only the home page was captured. The sign-up, deposit and withdrawal pages, and the payment methods they ask for, were not recorded.

How this scam works

✓ Do this

  • Check that an investment firm is registered with your country's financial regulator before you send money.
  • Try a small withdrawal before you deposit more, and stop if it is blocked.
  • If you already paid, contact your bank, card issuer or the exchange you sent crypto from, and report the wallet addresses.
